Welcome to the Studio Dave Gardner Blog.  This is exciting for me, as I will be sharing with you creative adventures in Photography, Sculpture, Woodworking and Travel.
By goal is to help you understand my passion for many forms of art and self expression that I find fulfilling.  I hope to post items that will stimulate your own form(s) of artistic self expression.
As I develop new ways to take my photographs,  as I stumble on interesting new ways to make sculptures, as I build new pieces of furniture, and as I travel, I hope to be able to share a bit of myself here with you that you will enjoy.  Please feel free to comment as we go along since you are an important ingredient to me and this site.

Beautiful site and beautifully done. Easy to navigate. Only two little things -- your degree in Horticulture wasn't an MS, was it? I thought it was a Bachelor's degree.

On your blog page, I thought it might read a little better if the articles were reversed. When I got to the third one, I expected it to be first.

Do you plan to add a page with furniture you have built and the Moroccan screens?

Where is the road in the introductory picture ? Looks a little like the road to Roy's house.

Mom:
You are close on the picture. It is the road in back of your house where the old railroad tracks used to be! Yes the MS in Horticulture was incorrect, silly typo on my part. I had noticed that before and forgot to correct it.
I agree with you on the blog in part. I've been trying to figure out how to do the introductory to the Blog at the top, and finally figured out a compromise. Also in a Blog you want the most recent postings at the top in chronological order so that when repeat visitors look at it, the most recent postings are at the top. that way they don't have to weed through several pages to get to what you most recently have written. I've changed it a bit, so let me know if it reads ok or not.
Yes there will be a page for furniture, it is in process and is currently hidden from view.

Yes, I see the logic in the order of blogs. That will read better as you go along. I'll surely be interested in your travel to pick up your RV and drive back across the country with Poncho and Lucky.
